They were incredibly friendly and helpful. They will tell you exactly what's wrong with your car, tell you how much it will cost to fix it, and they made the whole experience very streamlined and easy. When I went to pick up my car they told me the whole rundown of what was wrong with it and pointed out several things that they noticed were cracked but did not yet need to be replaced and said "Plenty of tire shops will wanna replace that and charge you for it but don't let them! Cracking like that comes with age and it's normal and your car will run just fine, so it's good to be aware that there are some cracks there, but it won't cause you any trouble in the mean time and it's not worth it to get it replaced right now." So the total transparency was much appreciated! And they gave me a free succulent too.

Such a great, easy experience. The shop is designed to minimize waiting and customer overlap; they have it all timed out really well so you can check in and out with ease and get things finished up quickly. The price for my repair was actually less than another quote at another shop by 15% so my first experience here was stellar. Everything went as discussed and I'll be bringing my car here for future service. A very trustworthy place; my impression of this business is solid.

They didn't just fix my car, they also restored my faith in humanity. The people who run this place are the most polite, honest, and kind mechanics I have ever encountered. The body shop they referred me to was equally great as well. They've even recommended that I go on YouTube and DIY my headlight since it was an easy fix and not worth the wait list. Everyone here just exudes positive energy and I love it.
